While dealing with documents and financial matters Mr.Nikhil coordinated everything well and explained us all the details very clearly. Regarding the matter of modification requirements inside the apartment considering my physical condition, Mr.Sarath & Peeyush executed the modification works very well. Our decision for purchasing a flat in Favourite Homes’ The Town Square Luxury Apartments was a quick one, made by the highly advantageous location of the property and more importantly the quality of the construction. Going forward, the approach of the whole Team of Favourite Homes was very proactive and professional.
Prior to choosing Favourite Homes, we walked through countless new constructions, whether a flat or an independent house. We were unsatisfied with the plans, materials, or interiors and were about to buy an independent plot and build our home. Fortunately, we contacted Ms.Farvin, Marketing Manager from Favourite Homes after seeing their brochure. We saw their numerous projects, and it was clear that the quality and attention to details are at the next level.

I would like to thank Ms. Neethu, Mr. Jeejo, Mr. Sarath who had coordinated with us. Also, a big thanks to Favourite Homes team for making this luxurious project a success. Extremely happy to say that the association with ‘FAVOURITE HOMES’ is a peculiar & wonderful experience. The most importantly, their timely completion of their projects, sometimes even ahead of declared time limits. I have a belief that they never compromise with the quality of materials they use in their projects.

It was a dream come true for me and my family to own an apartment in The Bellevue by Favourite Homes, an apartment which provides great amenities with good quality and ambiance. Appreciate the dedication and sincerity extended towards me by Mr. Robin Lukose from the Dubai office to spend more than 4 hours at my home in Abu Dhabi to explain the Bellevue project . The entire Favourite Home team worked sincerely under the able leadership of Mr. Martin.

Whenever we visited the project site, we could see the active involvement of Mr.Anu, Balamurali, Suneesh, Jithin, Joy and Rajesh at every stage of the Petals work, in rain and sun. They have been very supportive to us even on phone, in spite of their busy engagement with project work. We spotted the location of The Grand Avenue at NH Bypass on our way back to Pune after our vacation sometime in May 2019. Wishing the entire Favourite Homes team all the very best in all their future endeavours.

But my probe for a flat ended with ‘FAVOURITE HOMES’ because it was as name treasured, nurtured and cherished by a majority of my well-wishers. Thanks to Favourite Homes for an opportunity to be part of such a wonderful project. The Vintage – By Favourite Homes fulfilled all our requirements. Its ideal location just minutes away from the heart of city is the highlight. Before finalizing with Favourite Homes, we have visited almost all the major flats in Trivandrum.
The project delivery was awesome, much ahead of the committed time. Everyone is happy and satisfied to the money paid.BUT staff courtesy is not so great. All that is legally binding between the buyer and the promoter is the agreement for sale signed between them.
We had no plans to settle at Trivandrum; however, the magnificent erection in the scenic background fascinated us to occupy our favorite home in Central Gateway. We appreciate the cordial client dealing, the swiftness in work completion and commitment exhibited by the builders. I have always had the easiness to communicate with the construction team. They have approached me at each milestone to ask for my special requests and have been updating me at every stage of construction and developments. They have even gone out of the way to suggest certain modifications which would enhance our way of living.
We wish to continue to receive the help and support to make our living experience in the Vintage pleasant, joyful and memorable. We trust Team Favourite Homes will be proactive and will uphold the spirit of customer delight as their mission. Well done Favourite Homes and their management and overall we had a pleasant experience with their service delivery. Being an NRI, never having built a house before, we were quite apprehensive about the enormity of the undertaking. But thanks to Mr. Anand Sasidharan of the Dubai office and his friendly team at Favourite Homes, things happened more easily than we could have ever imagined. We would highly recommend Favourite homes as a reliable builder in Trivandrum and wish them all the very best.
We are proud to say that we own an apartment in the Town Square by Favourite Homes at Ambalammukku. The fit, finish and amenities of the apartment are truly exceptional. The professional and friendly approach of every staff member at Favourite Homes has made our journey so easy from the time of selection of property till the handing over, which took place 6 months ahead of deadline. We are from Ernakulam and in our official duty we had regular visits to Thiruvanathapuram. From there I met Mr. Manoj Kumar, he was the one and only person who compeled me a lot to book this apartment.
His daughter goes AWOL from boarding school and begins to question his conservative values. After finding Charlotte drunk and nearly drowned in the family pool, he packs her off to the Betty Ford Center. (Gerry and Betty were family friends.) Thus unencumbered, he is free to devote all his energies to saving America from ruin. The Big Guy is an old-school Republican — in his own words, “the last of an era.” His conservatism is sentimental, backward-looking, patriotic to its core.
They were impressed with the quality of the foundation and decided to book a flat on the very next day. Four years later, we got possession of our flat and we moved in soon after. We have been enjoying spectacular sunsets and unobstructed breeze ever since. All the amenities have been intuitively designed and the rooms are well ventilated, thus ensuring a pleasant stay.
