The home that provided our family has exceeded our expectations and it’s a beautiful home we will love to show our family and friends. So I would recommend Favorite Homes to anyone ready to buy. Really thanks a lot from the bottom of the heart for all the things, as your all services is quite appreciable. Our initial thoughts and preferences were understood by Mr. Rajesh who showed us just what we were looking for. He set his schedule around ours as we had only a couple of days in Trivandrum.
Interactions to the client from the builder end are very much supportive for even a small thing. We would like to commend you on a very competent staff at Favourite Constructions Pvt Ltd, Thiruvananthapuram. We have had a very pleasant experience right from the booking of our Villa until possession, and continuing into post possession. I am writing to express my complete satisfaction with The Petals villa by Favourite Homes. As an architect, I was impressed with the mock up villa, layout and the exterior perspective. My association with Favourite Homes has been a pleasant experience.
The same goes for Mr. Nikhil who did the same in making the registration process very easy for us as he took the extra effort needed to ensure everything happens smoothly without us having to be there at the location. I always wanted a home in a quiet and prestigious neighbourhood and yet not far from the city, which I was fortunate enough to get from Favourite Homes project, The Carmel Heights Project. I would like to thank the entire team of Favourite Homes especially Mr. Manoj Kumar for his excellent support, caring service and hassle free process during the purchase of the apartment. I would like to express my gratitude to Mr Martin, MD, Favourite Homes for giving us an excellent place to live and fulfil our dream. On 8th Nov 2013, my parents were visiting my cousins’, when they saw that new construction had started by M/s Favourite Homes.
From then onwards till the handover of our villa, the entire team of Favourite Homes was always there whenever we had any concerns. In spite of covid pandemic difficulties they handed over the project on time. Our interior work was also handled by them – Favourla Interiors, and there also the work was superb. Once we started to live in the villa, there were some small repair works which was also taken care of promptly by Favourite Homes.
After a lot of searching and researching, we came upon Favourite Homes. This is my third home and personally, I feel nobody has instilled this sense of confidence in us. Their project ideas are fresh, innovative and up to date. The lifestyle amenities that they provide are also an extravaganza. Another thing that I really admire about Favourite Homes is their sense of commitment towards customer satisfaction. Any complaint/ query is solved effectively and also taken up by the builders.
I wish MD Martin best wishes on all these ongoing and future projects. Though many of your team members are familiar to us, we wish to name a few, to acknowledge their tireless contribution. We once again thank the management of Favourite Homes for this wonderful experience.
